It's another surprising statistic and that is that studies have shown that people who read them tend to have better love lives. Quite simply, they enjoy better relationships with their partners and even have sex more often.
It's not hard to understand how they work to have this effect either. It's really quite simple. That is that is that people who spend time reading about "something" also tend to think about what they've read throughout the day.
